1. Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
2. Delivery Time & Charges
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
3. Tracking
We do not currently offer order tracking for standard deliveries. If you select Express Delivery, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
4. Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please contact us at rhepoundplaza@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll investigate promptly.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver within the UK only.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
6. Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PoundPlaza is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
