- Proof of purchase is required.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us with a photo of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
